The fictional start-up Rigby aims to capitalize on the friendship sector. We are already used to renting out apartments or cars using an app. Rigby now wants to commercialize the most private area, friendship. The company is therefore conducting its beta phase in the cities of Oberhausen and Mülheim and letting its users buy and sell friendship experiences in the rooms designed by Rigby. As a buyer of a theater ticket, you also become a user of this app. After you have downloaded the app onto your cell phone, the game can begin: You can use your starting credit to book topic-based telephone calls. However, for each completed experience you receive experience points and thus unlock further - increasingly complex - experiences. If you ever run out of credit and want to continue playing, you can also offer experiences yourself (e.g. a phone call) and thus generate new credits. Rigby offers you numerous immersive one-on-one experiences with eight performers at a total of twelve different locations in Oberhausen and Mülheim. Among them: a water tower, an empty multiplex cinema or a city pavilion that has been redecorated into a jungle. The encounters are led by the performers and always have a motto: you go shopping together, have a picnic or visit a zoo together. subtle space between the things that we see and those we don’t. Reconsidering tools of accessibility, Venetsiana Kalampaliki uses text and movement as her basic tools to build a narration that travels from the very inside of the body to the extended environment that we share. By applying the simple acts of sitting, standing, stepping and jumping, the stage is transformed into a moving text, proposing multiple ways of perceiving what is seen and what is heard, what is done and what is said. With a wide range of descriptive elements, from anatomical mechanisms of movement to dictionary definitions the performance navigates the audience to factual yet fictional landscapes. <img space for the immersive performances„Sterben in Oberhausen“ (October 2020, Festival &nbsp;„Schlingensief 2020“) and &nbsp;„Sterben in Hamburg“ (April 21, in cooperation with Kampnagel - Hamburg) for the directing duet Saskia Kaufmann and Raban Witt. The fictive corporate company „Sterben“, offers personalised grieving ceremonies. Experimenting with&nbsp; passage-rites as a medium, the visitor can choose not only how, but also in what point of their life they need to experience this grieving-ceremony-for-the-living! After visiting the office where a performer helps them to find out the details, the visitor -protagonist has to undergo several preparations, in order to enter the cermonial room, where a chorus of The installation was presented in the celler corridor of the Hochschule für Bildende Künste in Hamburg, in July 2019. The space is seen as a chance for narration, as a set-up passage rite through realistic illusions. Trotzdem hat er am 5. Oktober&nbsp;2015 sein bisheriges Leben verlassen. Genau drei Jahre später eröffnet eine&nbsp;theatrale Sonderausstellung über sein Leben. Auf über 400 Quadratmetern Ausstellungsfläc haben zahlreiche Fotografien,&nbsp;Dokumente und Objekte aus Weilands Leben zugänglich gemacht. Interaktive&nbsp;Elemente laden zum anfühlen, anprobieren oder riechen ein, finet der Besucher in den Falten des Labyrints dieser Ausstellung. Sein detailgetreu&nbsp;rekonstruiertes Schlafzimmer dürfte betreten und untersucht werden. In der Zeit zwischen Oktoberrevolution und Ende des Kapitalismus verschwindet der*die Einzelne nicht durch die Kugel, sondern in der Masse und wird zum Gesichtslosen. Was ist ein Individuum, ein Gesicht wert – verglichen mit der Möglichkeit einer besseren Zukunft? Welches Geschlecht bestimmt, wie Zukunft aussehen soll? Die Textinstallation MAUSER sucht nach dem ungesagten Text der (noch) nicht stattgefundenen Revolutionen. EIN POLITISCHER ABEND FÜR AUFGEKLÄRTE LEUTE. Ein Bordell, in dem kein Sex, sondern Schauspiel angeboten wird. Die Kunden&nbsp;und Kundinnen haben aber einen seltsamen Fetisch: Sie wollen&nbsp;Revolutionsszenen (nach)spielen. Seien es Szenen aus der Französischen&nbsp;Revolution, aus Maos Kulturrevolution, aus der Russischen Revolution, aus dem Hamburger Aufstand, aus dem Spanischen Bürgerkrieg, aus Nordkorea, alles geht. So kann man im geschützten Raum und in freundlicher Atmosphäre das&nbsp;ausleben, was im echten Leben nicht geht: einen sozialen Umsturz. Wenn die Möglichkeit einer realen Revolution heutzutage sehr gering aussieht, dann kann&nbsp;das Theater diese Lücke füllen und einen künstlichen Rahmen für die&nbsp;Realisierung der Hoffnungen, dass irgendwann die Ausbeutung und die extrem&nbsp;soziale Ungleichheit aufhören, anbieten.Das Theater ist ja sowieso als der Ort bekannt, wo alle links sind. Jetzt kann also endlich das Theater zum Schauplatz der Revolution werden. Was passier&nbsp;aber, wenn draußen, direkt vor der Theatertür, eine echte Revolution&nbsp;stattfindet?
